The last appointments at the centre took place on Tuesday afternoon almost six months after the first vaccine was given there.
The HSE says the team administered a total of 158,081 doses in total and have expressed their thanks to the GAA for it's support in making the stadium available.
Planning for a new vaccine centre in the city is at an advanced stage.
Meanwhile appointments and walk-in vaccinations are continuing at City Hall.
