Cork Penny Dinners says they have seen a huge increase in requests for help.
That's Caitriona Twomey of Cork Penny Dinners who says the Government's Level 5 restrictions have forgotten the homeless, those who don't have access to a computer, and those who don't have a bank card.
The head of the Cork charity says some people are literally being left out in the cold with no way to buy winter clothing, and she says they have a lot of people looking to them for help.
It follows recent comments by Minister of State Damien English who said clothes were not considered essential items.
