Sewing machines are the latest tool being used by a Cork volunteer group in the fight against the COVID19 outbreak.
The group is made up of local women, many of whom were former seamstresses and patchwork quilters, and some who are currently cocooning and want to use their spare time to help.
They're making face masks for distribution to frontline staff, healthcare workers and any vulnerable members of the community.
