A Cork woman has spoken out about the loss of her baby during COVID and how staff at Cork University Maternity Hospital made it possible for her husband and her children to spend precious time with baby Nina before she passed away, despite ongoing restrictions in the hospital.

Concern has been expressed about the restrictions imposed at the CUMH which only allow a woman's partner to be present for active labour, but Jan says because the hospital are being so careful she was able to have her family by her side when she needed them the most.
