85% of employees in Ireland want to be able to work remotely when restrictions are eased.
That's according to a survey by FRS Recruitment who say that 83 percent of employers plan on offering remote working opportunities.
53 percent of employees in Cork are currently working from home some or all of the time and more than half of bosses feel their employees are more productive working from home.
Speaking to RedFM News, FRS General Manager Colin Donnery says that remote working has become more manageable.
"At the start of the pandemic we saw that it was quite difficult for employers to manage working remotely.
"But since then, particularly in mid level companies and larger companies, they've put in the systems and the processes to help that, but also they're having much more trust in their employees who are working remotely."
