The Taoiseach is defending the locations of the new vaccination centres.
37 are to be rolled out nationwide with at least one in every county.
The 5 centres in Cork will be located at City Hall, Pairc Ui Chaoimh, MTU Campus, Bantry PCC, and Mallow GAA Club.
However, some local TDs are raising concerns that people will have to travel some distance for their vaccination centre.
There have been also been complaints that there’s no centre in Drogheda in Co Louth but two in Wicklow which is the Health Minister’s constituency.
Speaking on his way into Cabinet this morning, Taoiseach Micheál Martin says the centres will be reviewed as needed.
"I think the Health Service Executive with the national Taskforce on the vaccination programme have decided in terms of the rollout, the location of these vaccination centres, and if additionally is required that can also be provided.
"I think it represents a very comprehensive piece of work, demonstrating the capacity of the country to engage in mass vaccination when sufficient volumes of vaccines arrive into the country."
