The Taoiseach says people's behaviour will be a key part of the new post-Covid era.
Micheál Martin was speaking in Crosshaven this afternoon as the government consider a new roadmap for the easing of the remaining Covid restrictions.
A full cabinet meeting is due to take place on Tuesday however it's widely expected the easing of most restrictions will begin in the coming weeks.
Speaking to RedFM News, Taoiseach Micheál Martin says personal behaviour will be key as Ireland comes out of the pandemic:
"NPHET will say that the next phase is about moving out of the regulatory phase of regulatory restrictions to one of personal behaviour to the basics of wearing masks indoor in retail for example, on public transport, to social distancing, and understanding how the disease spreads, and then being mindful of that."
