The three party leaders along with the Health, Finance and Public Expenditure Ministers will attend.
Senior Health officials will also be in attendance.
The meeting will take place as pressure on the health system increases amid rising coronavirus case numbers, and growing calls for the government to make a decision on schools reopening on Monday.
