An EU traffic light system is in place, which will influence its decision
Air and Travel Magazine Journalist, Eoghan Corry says there aren't enough green and amber countries to travel to and from:
'There aren't really green countries on it, and there's only one or two green regions, places like Western Finland. The amber countries, which include Ireland, are also limited. Although there are significant amber regions a good example would be the Canary Islands. This is significant in terms of countries that would require PCR tests in advance of flight.'
