The cabinet sub-committee on COVID will meet this evening ahead of a full cabinet meeting tomorrow to decide how to exit Level Five restrictions

It's expected most retail will open next week, with restaurants and gastropubs the week after with so-called wet pubs not opening at all.

But, Tánaiste Leo Varadkar says he is listening to the argument that pubs are controlled settings and better than having people drinking in households:
