Pubs serving food can reopen from Friday
Michael Martin is defending the decision for wet pubs to remain closed for the rest of the year while ones that serve food can open.
A number of rural TDs have criticised the move from the government with Independent Cork TD Michael Collins describing it as a massive blow:
