Taoiseach Mícheál Martin has announced a move to Level 5.
- Schools to remain open
- Construction and manufacturing to continue
- Only essential retail to remain open
- Only essential workers are permitted to travel to work
- 5km exercise limit to be introduced
- No social or family gatherings in homes or gardens.
- Restaurants, cafes and bars allowed to cater for take-away service only
- Weddings to stay at 25 people
- 'Support Bubbles' will be introduced - Those living alone, or at risk of social isolation, can pair with one other houeshold as part of a support bubble.
- The Pandemic Unemployment Payment will be restored to €350 euro for anyone who earns €400 euro a week or more
- New supports for mental health services to be rolled out.
- Measures to remain in place until December 1st.
