Several businesses in the West Cork town of Bantry will not be reopening to indoor dining this week.
Pubs, cafes, restaurants and hotels are allowed to serve customers indoors, however many businesses in the town say they will wait until people can enter without needing a cert.
The move to indoor dining has been cautiously welcomed by the hospitality industry who say the guidelines will pose challenges for them, while the Taoiseach is urging people to do all they can to protect the progress made so far.

Cork City Council has voted to increase the Local Property Tax in the city by 9%.
A Local Authority can vote to vary the basic rate of the Local Property Tax by a maximum of plus or
minus 15% of the basic rate.
Councillors have previously voted for a 0% LAF for the years 2017 to 2019 generating over €2.3 million over those three years.

Government Ministers will this morning consider plans to increase the number of guests allowed at weddings to 100 from next month.
The number of guests was indicated to increase from 50 to 100 from the August 6th, but Tánaiste Leo Varadkar recently said the increase wasn't likely to happen.
The Weddings International Professionals Association Ireland has organised a demonstration today in Dublin, where 200 brides-to-be will form a procession from the Department of Health to Government Buildings.

The HSE's online portal is opening for this age-group, meaning they can sign up for a Moderna or Pfizer vaccine.
HSE chief executive, Paul Reid, says this generation has sacrificed a lot during the pandemic, and it's their turn to get protected.
