A travel expert doesn’t believe children will have to be vaccinated to go on foreign holidays later this summer.
The EU has revealed plans to ease restrictions on non-member states.
While those within the EU will need a digital green cert to travel which would include proof of vaccination.
But Editor of Air & Travel magazine, Eoghan Corry, doesn’t think this will apply to children.
"It's very unlikely that young people will be vaccinated across Europe by the time we're talking about getting this up and running.
"The focus of the entire discussion has been on getting a sufficient number of people vaccinated and also percentages of the overall population vaccinated."
