Donations can be made online or over the phone
The charity is reporting a 60% decline in donations to its Lenten Appeal due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
The Lenten Appeal is the charity's biggest fundraising campaign every year, however this year's efforts have been severely affected by the Covid-19 pandemic, with supporters unable to return their Trócaire boxes due to ongoing restrictions.
Last year, over 310,000 euro was raised in Cork alone, with two-thirds of this money raised using Trocaire boxes in schools and parishes across the county.
