The centre at Mallow GAA Club will be offering vaccines from 11am to 3pm, while the centre at Clonakilty GAA Club will open from 1pm to 3pm.
Anyone over the age of 16 who hasn't received a first dose can turn up to the centres on the day.
People are being asked to bring photo ID and their PPS number.
