The charter calls on students to respect the local community and follow the latest public health guidance to combat the spread of Covid-19.
Students are being asked specifically to abide by all rules concerning indoor and outdoor gatherings.
The new charter comes as residents in the area say they are concerned that house parties in the area around UCC could lead to an increase in cases of Covid 19.
