At least 11 walk-in Covid-19 vaccination centres are opening today - with several more over the weekend.
On Saturday - City Hall opens from 10am to 4pm and Bantry Primary Care Centre from 3.15pm to 4.30pm
On Sunday Mallow GAA Club opens 11am to 3pm and Clonakilty GAA Club from 1pm to 3pm.
It's after over 30,000 people attended the country's first walk-in clinics last weekend.
Immunologist Lara Dungan is encouraging over-16s to get their first dose in one of these clinics over the next few days.
"I think the success of the walk-in vaccination centres that we saw last weekend was absolutely phenomenal. I think it's a testament to the young people of Ireland.
"Nearly two thirds of the over 30,000 people who came in to get vaccinated were under the age of 20.
"It shows a huge level of responsibility and of social sense to know to come and get these vaccines - they're safe, they're effective.
"I think this weekend is going to be just as successful."
