Irish Examiner journalist Eoin English and Cork city Lord Mayor Dr. John Sheehan were on air this morning to update Neil Prendeville on the first confirmed Coronavirus case in Cork.
Seven new cases of the virus were confirmed in Ireland with one case in isolation in Cork University Hospital. These new cases bring the total amount in Ireland to thirteen.
This morning more than 60 staff at Cork University Hospital have been directed to self isolate following the confirmed case in the hospital.
