Criminal barristers have begun their protest on the steps of the Courthouse on Washington Street.
It's the 3rd day of strike action this month in a row over fees.
They say there's been no commitment to a timeline - despite a Government report as far back as 2018 stating fee restoration was justified.
Seán Guerin, Senior Counsel, and Chair of the Criminal State Bar Committee they've been left with no other choice:
"Our members are extremely frustrated by the delay in addressing an issue. And in particular, the failure to restore financial emergency or pay cuts in circumstances where the Minister for Justice has recognized and the government seems to agree that there's no good reason not to do that."
