Croke Park residents will meet with stadium bosses and promoters this evening over next year's concerts at the Dublin stadium.
It's expected country music star Garth Brooks will try to play five gigs at GAA HQ next September.
While Ed Sheeran will play two gigs at the venue in April.
Local councillor Niall Ring says the needs of residents have to be met.
"We've heard the phrase 'prisoners in their own homes' - and if people feel that could happen we have to address that now, and look at how that can't happen.
"The traffic will be a huge thing, because people will want to move around as freely as they can."
