A decision on the planning application by the owners of the Marina Market has been delayed.
A decision was expected yesterday, with owners CPR Properties hoping to receive permission for the market, which has been operating without planning since it opened in 2020.
However the Irish Examiner report that further information has been requested by City hall planners, who raised concerns about the size of the internal floor space, while clarifications were also sought regarding the closure of Kennedy quay vehicular access and safety.
