The decision to put toll charges on the new motorway which will link Cork and Limerick has been criticised.
The new M20 is expected to have barrier free tolls which charge based on distance.
Cycle lanes and 6 transport hubs with EV chargers are part of the plans for the project expected to cost over 1 billion euro.
These people in Cork City told RedFM News that the current Cork to Limerick Road needs to be improved:
"Parts of it okay and parts of it are a disaster"
"The road needs to be improved, but I wouldn't be happy about the tolls."
"People are paying enough for tax and insurance but it's just one of those things like."
