Today Neil discusses insurance claim culture. Sarah is a young mum and is very upset because her car rolled forward at Red lights recently. There was very minor damage to the car in front but now 3 people in the car are claiming personal injuries. The insurance company are going to pay out because it's easier to settle! Enda Kenny will turn the sod on the new convention centre on Friday but there was drama at City Hall last night after it was revealed that contracts were not yet signed for the centre.
