The file in the Richard Satchwell Murder trial is to be presented to the Director of Public Prosecutions by the end of this week.
The 57-year-old was charged in October with killing his wife, Tina Satchwell, after Gardaí found her skeletal remains at their home in Youghal.
Richard Satchwell was further remanded in custody at a sitting of Clonmel District Court this morning.
Tina, who was from Fermoy, had been missing since 2017.
