A file is to be prepared for the DPP on the deaths of three brothers from Mitchelstown in February.
Johnny Hennessy and his two brothers Willie and Paddy died in an apparent murder/suicide.
The bodies of 66 year old Willie and 60 year old Paddy were discovered at Johnny's farmyard on February 26th last and the following morning 59 year old Johnny was found dead in a nearby river.
Gardai believe he killed his older brothers with an axe at his home.
The Echo reports that once the file has been sent to the DPP a date will be set for an inquest into the three deaths.
