Ben O'Connor will be confirmed as the Cork Under 20 hurling manager at the next County Committee meeting.
Cork GAA released a statement this morning to say that the three time All Ireland winner will be proposed for a two year term.
The Newtownshandrum clubman will be assisted by selectors Ger O'Regan and Ronan Curran of St FInbarr's, Terence McCarthy of Midleton and Anthony Nash of Kanturk.
The 43 year coached Charleville and Midleton to Premier Intermediate and Premier Senior County titles, respectively, in recent years.

In welcoming the appointment, Cork GAA Chairman, Marc Sheehan said, "We are delighted that Ben has come on board to oversee such an important age group. No doubt, the development of our players is in safe hands."
