Cork GAA claimed a contractor involved in the construction of Páirc Uí Chaoimh billed them one million Euro three years after the stadium was completed.
The Irish Examiner reports OCS One Complete Solutions Ltd, an electrical contractor who has been paid €7.1 million for work on the stadium, served notice that it would submit a claim for additional payment for work to an adjudicator.
An adjudicator has since been appointed, with Cork GAA seeking an order to quash the decision to appoint one.
The paper reports Mr Justice Charles Meenan granted Cork GAA leave to bring a judicial review of the decision yesterday.
The matter will be heard again in January.
