It's after images appeared on line which appeared to show people in the pub without social distancing and a lack of mask wearing.
The pub is owned by the Independent TD Danny Healy Rae.
The Kerry deputy has not commented on the issue.
Previously Gardaí said they were carrying out preliminary inquiries into the matter.
