Government ministers are due to sign off today on laws to reduce the supports given to Ukrainian refugees.
State accommodation would only be provided for 90 days, while weekly welfare supports will be reduced from €232 to €38.
Its expected the changes, which only impact new arrivals from Ukraine, will be passed by the Dail next week and be law by the end of January.
