Indoor service in pubs and restaurants will be allowed for people who are fully vaccinated, or recovered from Covid-19.
Customers will have to show proof of immunity and ID.
Padraig Cribben from the Vintners' Federation says they're not happy with having to get contact tracing details for every individual:
"Which we believe will not add anything to the public health scenario. What we would be saying to the public is these are not a guidelines that we have signed up to. These are guidelines that have been imposed by government, and please work with the members, so that everybody can be safe and secure as we open tomorrow."
