The importance of hearing the voice of the child will be discussed at today's Family Law Conference.
The Law Society of Ireland will consider the proposed legislation, the Family Courts Bill, to reform Ireland's family law and justice system.
It says while welcome, it requires significant improvement before its passage by the Oireachtas.
