Condolences are pouring in around the world after 153 people were killed in a deadly stampede in South Korea.
The victims are mostly teenagers, attending a Halloween event in the country's capital, Seoul.
The head of the local fire department - Choi Seong-Beom - says they're trying to work out why crowds pushed forward into a narrow alley.
