Amnesty International says its field investigators in Ukraine have verified physical evidence of banned cluster munitions.
The campaign group also says it's collected testimony documenting Russian siege tactics, including "unlawful, indiscriminate attacks".
The war crimes investigator Brian Castner, who is part of Amnesty's Crisis team, says "so many" attacks are happening "outside of the camera lens".
