An arrest warrant has been issued for former Ireland football international Anthony Stokes.
It's after the football star failed to appear in court in Scotland for sentencing after he admitted stalking his ex-girlfriend Eilidh (PRON: Ellie) Scott.
The Dubliner was given a non-harassment order for Eilidh and her mother for four years in September 2019, but admitted breaking it by sending up to 100 emails and texts a day to his ex, and repeatedly calling her mother in November and December of the same year.
In February last year, Stokes was placed under supervision for two years and was required to atted an anti-domestic abuse course.
