An audience of international diplomats has laughed at Russia's foreign minister - over his portrayal of his nation’s conflict in Ukraine.
However, some of his other comments, received applause.
Sergei Lavrov told an event in New Delhi in India that Moscow won’t rely on countries in the West anymore.
