Authorities in Ecuador are to pardon thousands of prisoners following the worst prison riot in it's history saw 118 inmates die.
79 more were injured, of a total incarcerated population of 39,000 at the facility.
Forensic units have managed to identify 41 victims, and 21 have been delivered to families.
