Barry Keoghan has dedicated his BAFTA to children in Dublin's north inner city.
He won in the best acting category for 'The Banshees of Inisherin', while co-star Kerry Condon also picked up an award.
The film also won Best Original Screenplay and Outstanding British Film.
Tallaght man Richard Baneham won the BAFTA for Best Special Visual Effects for the movie 'Avatar: The Way of Water'.
Barry Keoghan is a patron of the children's charity Barrettstown.
