The British Prime Minister's told MPs he can't comment on the ongoing investigation by the civil servant into lockdown parties at Downing Street.
Sue Gray report's due to be published in the coming days.
Labour leader Keir Starmer's been keen to highlight the reasons why Scotland Yard yesterday decided to look at the gatherings too:
"Those involved knew or ought to have known what they were doing was an offence and that there was little ambiguity around the absence of any reasonable defence. Does the Prime Minister really not understand the damage his behaviour is doing to our country?"
