Trócaire spokesperson Siobhan Curran says the talks on finance are on a knife-edge:
"We're down to the wire of the negotiations. So the focus really will be on agreement on loss and damage on a finance facility that the developed countries are being asked to deliver on.
I suppose, this really is an opportunity to move the dial on climate justice and to deliver on the Finance Facility on loss and damage".
