The British Prime Minister Boris Johnson has confirmed that there will be no new coronavirus restrictions in England before the New Year.
He has urges "everyone to continue to act cautiously" and get vaccinated.
British Health Secretary Sajid Javid announced that England wouldn't be following the other UK regions such as Northern Ireland, in introducing new measures.
He says Britain is not quite out of the woods, yet:
"People should remain cautious as we approach New Year celebrations and, you know, take a lateral flow test if that makes sense. Celebrate outside if you can. Have some ventilation indoors, if you can. Please remain cautious."
