British troops have taken part in cold weather exercises with Swedish and Finnish armed forces.
The UK's Ministry of Defence says it strengthened relations between the nations, and allowed recruits to develop their skills.
Both Sweden and Finland are hoping to join NATO against the backdrop of conflict between Russia and Ukraine.
