It's claimed Downing Street staff ordered pizza and celebrated until 1am, on the morning of Britain's Prince Philip's funeral.
The Telegraph has revealed more details about a gathering to celebrate the departure of the British Prime Minister's then-director of communications James Slack.
The newspaper says there are photos and text messages documenting the evening.
Boris Johnson, who did not attend the event, has since apologised to Britain's Queen.
