A consumer champion who's suing Apple in the UK over a software update which effectively slowed down older iPhones says he thinks he has a battle on his hands.
The tech giant has previously admitted performance was hampered, but only to stop the handset shutting down without warning.
Justin Gutmann is seeking 768 million pounds worth of damages, which he says reflects the number of people who've been affected.
