The death toll following a Russian rocket strike on a train station in Ukraine has risen to 25.
Two boys aged six and 11 were among those killed.
President Volodymyr Zelensky revealed details of the strike during a UN Security Council meeting.
The Ukrainian President also said a further 31 people were wounded.
Russia has so far made no comment.
