Donald Trump has announced the European travel ban into the U.S.A will now extend to Ireland and the UK.
The ban will come into effect at midnight on Monday night.
Vice President US citizens and residents will be allowed to return to the country. However Irish or UK citizens will not be able to enter the United States for the duration of the ban.
Trump also confirmed during the press conference that he has been tested for Coronavirus but he has not received the results.
