Donald Trump's former aide, Steve Bannon, is facing charges of contempt of Congress.
He's being accused of not co-operating with Senators who are investigating the deadly US Capitol riots earlier in the year - including failing to comply with a subpoena.
The 67 year-old previously claimed his communications are protected by executive privilege.
Sky's correspondent Joe Pike, is following the developments:
"Now he though faces arrest. It's possible he'll turn himself into police on Monday. He potentially could face a jail time too, if convicted. Although we expect him to fight these charges every step of the way and plead not guilty."
