Donald Trump's former top adviser's been sentenced to four months in prison.
Steve Bannon was found guilty in July of two counts of contempt of Congress - after he refused to co-operate with the congressional committee investigating the January 6th riot at the US Capitol.
He's also been fined 6,500 dollars.
The judge has allowed Bannon to stay free pending an appeal.
