A 5.8 magnitude earthquake has caused damage in Melbourne - with the impact felt across the city.
The shaking was caught on camera during ABC's morning Breakfast show, with the presenters riding out the quake on set.
There were no injuries reported, but there was some damage to buildings, with bricks falling onto the street and powerlines brought down.
