Elon Musk and Twitter will face off in court today over the billionaire's abandoned buyout of the social media giant.
The Tesla CEO expressed an interest in buying Twitter for $44bn before alleging he was misled on the number of fake accounts on the site.
The tech company wants a judge to force Musk to complete the purchase and has taken the issue to court.
Both sides are meeting to agree a start date for the trial, with Twitter accusing Musk of trying to "slow walk" the lawsuit.
